Are you insured to remove junk?
Yes, our company and all drivers are fully insured by a reputable third party insurance company.
Are you licensed to carry waste?
Yes, All Your Junk Ltd is fully licenced by the Enivornmental Agency to carry and dispose of non-hazourdous junk and rubbish.
Are you able to work outside your normal business hours?
We try to be as accomodating as possible with all our customers. If you need rubbish or junk cleared outside of normal business hours let us know and we will try our best to help you. We can generally do a pick-up before the start of normal business hours most days of the week.
Can you transport items to another location?
Yes we do provide this service however this would need to be pre-arranged. Please note that our vehicles are open top. Contact us for a quote to have your household or office items relocated.
Are you able to take my recycling to my charity of choice?
Yes we are able to provide this service but this would need to be agreed with the charity in advance. This would be subject to where the charity is located. Please inform us when calling to book so our drivers are aware.
Do I have to be at the property to recycle my junk?
Not always. Customers who have accounts with us can arrange for collections to happen without someone being on site. We will contact you on completion of the job so you know the work has been done. We can invoice you either after the jobs is complete or on a monthly basis.
For other customers, provided that we can access the junk, we will call you with a exact quote before we get started. We have mobile card machines and are able to take payment over the phone. We'll send you a copy of the slip by post or email.
How big is your tipper?
All the containers on the back of our trucks are roughly 15 cubic yards in volume. This is more than two times as much space as the conventional domestic skips which can hold roughly 6 cubic yards.
How do you charge?
We charge by volume (ie. how much space is taken up in the tipper) of waste removed. However if the material is particularly heavy (eg. bricks, soil etc) we have to charge according to weight. As a rough guide you get approximately 30 bags of rubble to the ton. Have a look at our prices page for more pricing information.
Cancellation fees do not apply if we are notified 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations after this period will incur a minimum cancellation charge.
How soon can I book an appointment?
We like to book a time that's convenient for you so it's always helpful to call us sooner rather than later. If you need to recycle or have items cleared urgently we can often schedule this within 2 days of your call.

What do you do with the junk that's cleared?
Depending on the nature of the items we collect will determine what happens to the junk. Most of the junk goes to recycling depots and licensed recycling transfer stations.
Where practical we always look to recycle or reuse items including donating them to local charities. We are always looking for more charities to support and work with. Certain items may also be sold to offset the costs of recycling (eg. metal).
What services do All Your Junk offer?
We offer fast, efficient recycling and clearance services for both residential and commercial properties. Our rates include a crew of two people, loading of junk or rubbish from anywhere on your property, clearing up at the end of the appointment and all tip fees.
We provide House Clearance, Office Clearance, Garden Waste Clearance and Junk Removal.
Which areas do you cover?

What items do you recycle?
We will clear and remove just about anything provided it can be cleared by two crew members and provided it's not hazardous. Unfortunately we cannot recycle hazardous materials which genreally include paint, petrol, batteries, tyres, gas bottles, asbestos etc.
We can recycle items such as fridges and TV's etc but they do incur a surcharge. Please see our prices for more details.
Why am I charged to clear my junk?
The prices we charge to remove and recycle junk is used to cover the cost of labour and all recycling and disposal costs. Our charges cover these disposal costs as well as the costs we incur to manage and maintain our vehicles.

Why are appointments booked in two hour time slots?
We feel by doing so this gives you greater flexibility to plan your day. It also allows for unforeseen circumstances such as over running jobs and traffic. Our team will contact you in advance to provide an accurate arrival time and in the unlikely event they will be arriving late they will call to inform you.
Why can't you quote a final price on the phone?
Our rates are based on the weight or volume of junk being removed. We need to see for ourselves what is being removed before we can give you an exact price. Before we start a job, our crew will review the materials to be removed and provide you with a final cost, this is the final price you will be charged, no hidden fees.
Why can't you take hazardous materials?
Our licence from the Environmental Agency does not permit us to handle and remove hazardous materials however we can refer you to a reputable licensed waste removal company if neccessary.
Why use All Your Junk instead of a skip?
Applying for a skip permit, arranging to block off parking, paying for entire skip (regardless of how much you use), fighting neighbours to see who can fill it first and doing all the loading and cleaning yourself can make skip hire seem like hard work not to mention expensive work.
